We would like to thank all of our guests for choosing to stay at McFadden Cottages. Your loyalty, particularly during this uncertain time, is humbling. While the government is easing social restrictions and businesses are reopening we would like to acknowledge that this does not mean it is business as usual. To help ensure the health and safety of our valued guests, and for our own protection, we’ve implemented a few changes for this year.
Check in: All check ins will be done on the outside patio. When you arrive,you can knock on the door but please do not enter the office. Social distancing rules will
apply.
Screening: Each person staying in your cottage will be asked to fill in and sign a short questionnaire. This will also help with tracking in the event someone later tests positive for the virus.
Visitors: We ask that you refrain from inviting unregistered guests to the property.
This is to minimize potential points of contact and exposure.
Weekly BBQ: We will continue the BBQ but will not be providing condiments this year. To maintain safe gathering rules, we will be contacting you by cottage when the burgers and hotdogs are ready. If you wish to share your cell number, we can text you when the food is cooked.
Cleaning: Besides our regular cleaning routine, which includes disinfecting beds between guests, we will be doing extra disinfecting in the kitchen and bathroom areas.
Playground: Lysol Wipes are available upon request for wiping down outdoor play equipment As always, the safety and comfort of our guests is paramount. We believe that following these protocols will help reduce the risk of virus exposure and transmission, thus ensuring an enjoyable cottage vacation for all.
